At Hawkeye we can offer a lower price than all the franchises, because we are a local company. We do not have to pay franchise fees and we operate with a lower overhead. We generate a inspection report on site and personally go over the report with each buyer.

We prefer buyers to be present as we believe they can learn during the inspection. We will teach you about your systems, give you ideas on what you can do to prolong the life of your property, and teach you general maintenance tips that all home owners can and should do.

We will do a carbon monoxide inspection and a gas leak inspection. We welcome all questions and encourage the new home owners to ask questions.
